As another year comes to a close, I’m deeply grateful for the relationships I’ve built through social media and for the opportunity it has given me to share the “be a good teammate” message.

I truly enjoy sharing daily inspiration about the art of being a good teammate, and it means a great deal to hear from those of you who find value in it. I’m especially thankful to everyone who takes the time to like, comment on, and share this content with others.

In keeping with our annual end-of-year tradition, here are the top posts from each month of 2025 that received the most interactions, impressions, shares, likes, favorites, and reposts:

JANUARY

Good teammates are what bring serenity to the team. Their restraint and emotional maturity provide a sense of stability during turbulent times.

FEBRUARY

Choose your battles wisely. Don’t waste your time and energy on things that are not important and will not move the team forward.

MARCH

Good teammates make an effort to try to see the good in people. They have an optimistic mindset!

APRIL

Whoever said nice guys finish last was too impatient. (In the end, nice guys are the only ones who finish. Their loyalty and persistence help them see things through to completion.)

MAY

No team survives selfishness, because SELFISHNESS sinks ships! (Championships, Relationships, Partnerships, Leaderships, Friendships, …) 💯

JUNE

Good teammates listen without interrupting and speak without accusing. Strong communication skills facilitate healthy team relationships.

JULY

Good teammates embrace challenges, and their doing so inspires others’ confidence. Facing your fears and tackling obstacles with conviction will prompt others to do the same.

AUGUST

Good teammates put others before themselves. And “others” is their team. When good teammates come to “clutch” moments, they choose WE over me.

SEPTEMBER

Good teammates are always the last to surrender. They don’t give up and they don’t give in! They are fully invested in their team. They’re committed to staying the course.

OCTOBER

Good teammates are hidden treasures, seek them out and enjoy their riches. Their contagious selflessness and enthusiasm are invaluable assets.

NOVEMBER

Toxicity tanks teams. Good teammates are not afraid to confront toxic behaviors. They do not allow toxicity to fester on their team.

DECEMBER

Buy in is good. But convincing others to buy in is even better. Good teammates contribute to the mission by getting others to be all in.

Thank you for supporting our efforts to spread positivity and encourage people to be better teammates.

If you know of someone who could benefit from a dose of the Good Teammate message, please encourage them to join the conversation and start following us social media.

Wishing you all a happy and prosperous New Year!

As always…Good teammates care. Good teammates share. Good teammates listen. Go be a good teammate!
