We’ve been fortunate to build a loyal following on social media and have seen that following grow again this year. Our “teammates” enjoy the inspirational thoughts we post each day, and we enjoy sharing the message.

Many followers have found our daily posts to be an opportunity to refuel their good teammate tanks and discover a rejuvenated purpose in their lives.

As has become our annual tradition, here are the posts from each month of 2019 that received the most interactions, impressions, shares, likes, favorites, and retweets:

3 Strategies for Becoming a Better Teammate: 1. Arrive Earlier  2. Work Harder  3. Stay Later.

Good teammates find a way to make those around them better. What are you doing to make your teammates better? #teamwork #sacrifice

Talk the talk AND walk the walk. Loyalty is substantiated through both words and actions.

Good teammates add light to a dark team.

Popularity is temporary. Being a good teammate is timeless.

Good teammates plan thoroughly but remain flexible. Bend but don’t break!

When you are wrong, be big enough to own the blame. Good teammates are willing to point their finger at the person in the mirror.

What does it feel like to be your teammate? Good teammates make others feel appreciated.

Good teammate understand their choices affect everyone on the team. Consider the ramifications before you speak, act, or fail to act.

Block out the gossip and negativity! When the conversation takes a negative tone, good teammates must become tone deaf.

A quote from my new book–The WE Gear: How Good Teammates Shift from Me to We. “Teamwork doesn’t happen without good teammates…individuals who put the team ahead of themselves. (You can get the book here: https://amzn.to/2XsjMHK)

The root of a bad teammate always lies in the formation of a clique. Cliques (mini-teams within the main team) destroy teams because they encourage selfishness.

We hope you will continue to support our efforts to spread the good teammate message as we strive to reach a larger audience and inspire even more individuals to become better teammates. Because…the world cannot have too many good teammates.

If you know of someone who could benefit from a dose of the Good Teammate message, please encourage them to join the conversation and start following us social media. (Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/coachloya | Twitter: https://twitter.com/coachlanceloya)

As always…Good teammates care. Good teammates share. Good teammates listen. Go be a good teammate.
